Who is Simone Christoph?

Hello! I'm Simone Christoph, and I am the sole proprietor of SimOne Virtual Solutions. This business is my passion, and my clients are extremely important to me. As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges and daily trials and tribulations that other entrepreneurs go through.

Technology is a fascinating part of my life. Over the years, I have learned how to weed through the good and the bad, the efficient and the time wasters. When I am not working on client projects or tasks, I am researching new tools of the trade and adding new software and hardware solutions to my list.

Of course, education is a constant factor in this business. Technology changes and advances rapidly. I am a huge advocate of college classes, seminars, and workshops and attend regularly to stay on top of any skills for the benefit of my customers.

Getting things done quickly and efficiently gives me satisfaction, and it is what makes every day a success story for me. It is very gratifying to inform my clients that a task or project has been completed and to know that I added to their success.

As an active and energetic person, I enjoy physical activities. In order to make up for all the hours spent in front of the computer, I spend time jogging, hiking, walking, and doing yoga to loosen up my muscles and joints. A healthy virtual assistant is an efficient virtual assistant!

How do we operate?

You may be wondering, "How can you offer all these different services as a solo entrepreneur?" Well, I am proficient in many of them, but I am also a smart businesswoman and know when to outsource and delegate – just like you! These days, many small business owners need an administrative assistant who can do it all. Unfortunately, there are just so many hours in the day to learn all the specialized programs and services that are available. It is just not possible to be everything to everyone. Or is it? Yes, it is! This is what SimOne Virtual Solutions is all about! All you have to do is contact me, and together we will create a prioritized to-do list, or if you prefer, you can send me your tasks as you need them done. I will take care of all of them, delegating some of the tasks that are not in my field of expertise or do not require my skills. Most of the services will be included in your hourly or retainer rate, but some higher-end specialty services will be billed at a higher rate. Of course, you will always receive a quote for anything outside the regular contract rate. Best of all, you only get one bill. This is a win-win situation for everyone involved.
